You probably did not ask a question that could be answered with a "Yes" or "No" answer.
For example, don't ask "When will I get a new car?" Instead ask, "Will I get a new car this year?"
If you are doing serious research on a topic, the mug will get bored very quickly and ain't gonna help you. We suggest that you try Google.com instead.
What do the checkboxes marked SUGAR, CREAM and DECAF do?
If you select SUGAR, you're more likely to get a "yes' answer to your question.
If you select DECAF, you're more likely to get a "maybe" sort of answer.
If you select CREAM, the coffee color changes. That's all.

Use your browser to refresh your view of the web page (usually, pressing F5 will do it). If that doesn't work, then maybe our server has been overloaded.
Why can I ask the same question twice sometimes, but other times I cannot?
If at first you get a "Maybe" kind of answer, you can try, try again until you receive a "Yes" or "No" answer.
